Polyurethane
An exciting material that can be made elastic, flexible, and chemically stable.
Supplied as a 1-, 2-, and 3-component system.
Applications: Coating and crack-bridging membrane for industrial flooring, parking garages, and balconies.
Polyurethane foam[ENM1] seals water leaks in concrete and rock.
Epoxy
A thermosetting plastic with good mechanical properties and good adhesion to wood, concrete, steel, and stone. Can be made solvent-free and water-based.
Applications: Wear-resistant coating, gluing, crack injection, waterproofing, chemical protection, and coating.
On industrial floors, in tanks when gluing new concrete to existing concrete, concrete to steel, steel to steel, etc.
Acrylic
A quick-hardening thermoplastic with good colour stability. Can be applied at low temperatures.
Applications: Primarily used for decorative flooring, but also used as a primer and a membrane on bridges.
Polyurea
An extremely elastic and strong material that meets the strongest wear and crack-bridging requirements. Sets in a few seconds.
Applications: Corrosion protection, wear-resistant layer and membrane on steel and concrete structures that are exposed to impact and wear, e.g., parking garages, bridges, tanks, and pipelines. Polyurea is also used as grouting[ENM2] .
Application: Special spray done under high pressure and high temperature, with mixing done at the tip of the nozzle.
Vinylester
Vinylester is a variant of polyester and has extremely good chemical resistance.
Application: Fibreglass lamination and coating in chemical tanks, channels, drains, and standby reservoirs in the offshore and chemical-technical industries.
